Beers

Daily Drivers:


Dannoh - A Belgian IPA brewed with classic Belgian Pilsner Malt.  Hopped with Saaz, Willamette, Sladek, and Styrian Goldings.  7.3% abv

Matt - Our take on the classic English Bitter.  Hopped with Amarillo and East Kent Goldings.  Designed for easy drinking and continued enjoyment. 3.7% abv

Odeon Pale Ale - An American Pale Ale hopped with a lively mix of Galaxy, Cascade, Willamette, and Amarillo hops.  5.8% abv

Porter - A Robust Porter brewed with Cascade and Centennial hops.  5.9% abv

Seasonal:


Aztec Blackout - Imperial Milk Stout brewed with Mexican chocolate.  Sweet and smooth chocolate flavor delivers with East Kent Golding and Columbus hops.  9% abv

BMP - Belgian Imperial Red Ale brewed with continental malts and Hallertauer, Pacific Gem, Saaz, and Willamette hops.  Big and bold!  9.5% abv

Bone Bruise - Belgian Black Cascadian Dark India Pale Ale.  Yes, it's a mouthful but we think you'll enjoy this tasty ale!  Brewed with Pale Malt, Midnight Wheat, and Aromatic.  Hopped with Citra, Cascade, Amarillo, and Willamette.  6.8% abv

Grasscutter - Cream Ale!  Our version of the classic lawnmower beer made with Maris Otter malt, corn, and rice and the fermented with an American ale yeast at low temp.  Hopped with Magnum.  5.7% abv

Helles Spawn - German Helles, brewed with easy drinkability in mind.  Hopped with Hallertauer and Tettnang hops.  5.1% abv 


Pinkasaurus Rex - A watermelon saison.  Brewed for fun and drinking enjoyment!  Hopped with Styrian Goldings, Citra, and Galaxy.  8.5% abv

Roman Holiday - Robust Porter brewed with the addition of Honey and Honey Malt, then infused with Tuaca for a delightful finish.  Hopped with East Kent Goldings and Willamette.  6.3% abv

Triage - Belgian Tripel brewed with Belgian Pilsner malt and wheat.  Saaz and Amarillo hops are used to complement the malt.  Tasty but sneaky... 10.1% abv

Special Occasions:


Barney Phelps' Bourbon Red - An Imperial Red brewed as a wedding beer.  Zeus and citra provide the hops for this one.  Infused with bourbon to finish.  9.01% abv

Big Bertha - Belgian Tripel brewed with Belgian Pilsner malt and then fermented with fresh blackberries.  Flavor is intense and balanced, while the strength of the beer is hidden.  Hopped with Amarillo and Saaz.  9.5% abv

Bricfeasta Beoir (pronounced brick-fas-thah byorr) - Imperial Breakfast Stout brewed with oats, chocolate, and coffee.  Hopped with East Kent Goldings and Fuggle.  Brewed to Imperial strength and then infused with Irish Whiskey.  10.94% abv

Fatass - Robert's birthday beer (brewed annually).  A big Wee Heavy made with East Kent Goldings and brewed to 12.5% abv
