Lots of people have pretty nice beer cellars. By cellar, I mean whatever you store beer in for long-term purposes. For me, that's usually my beer cooler. I'm trying a new initiative - every time I find a new big beer I like, I am going to try and buy 2 bottles. 1 to drink, and one to cellar.
So, as you can see, I'm starting out slow ;)
