Well, I sat down today and updated the brewing calendar to try and figure out what needs to get done when. Surprisingly, we have a lot of brewing to do in the next few months! This is a good thing and a bad thing.
Good, because we shall have lots of delicious beer. Bad, because we will need to get some more equipment (fermentation vessels primarily).
On the calendar: Wedding Beers, a couple lagers (Helles Spawn, Doppelbock, and an Octoberfest), BMP, Dannoh, Grasscutter, and Pinkasaurus Rex!
And somewhere in there, we need to get Dave's Porter worked into a functional all-grain version and brewed as well!
