Malts: 2 row, Special B, Melanoiden, Wheat, Rye, Caramunich
Hops: Citra, Zeus
Abv %: 9.01 before Whiskey Infusion
History: When Dannoh decided to get married, he asked us for a bourbon red. This is what we came up with. It uses rye, a traditional brewing ingredient, to add flavor as well as color and aroma. Combined with a whiskey infusion added after secondary, you end up with a tasty beer. Lager notes are provided through use of an American Ale yeast blend.
