History: The genesis for this beer came while out on a run one day. How about a tasty, refreshing beer that looked like chick beer - think Komen Foundation. So, refreshing and summer turned into this Watermelon Saison. Crisp and tasty, with Watermelon coming through in the nose and on the palate. A French saison yeast and a liberal amount of Belgian candi sugar help provide a dry finish to balance out the watermelon. Crack one open and enjoy, but beware! Pinky bites back!
