History: If you've ever seen a picture of Oktoberfest in Germany, then you've seen a Helles. Helles is traditionally served by the liter or half-liter in German beer gardens. Its a quaffable session beer that is also full of flavor. Robert first brewed this around 2007 or so, and the beer was thoroughly enjoyed over the course of a week while watching baseball.
