Style: Belgian Imperial Red
Malts: Pilsner, Carared, Wheat, Special B, and Roasted Barley
Hops: Pacific Gem, Saaz, Willamette, Hallertauer
ABV %: 9.5%
History: This one actually started out with a name, and then the recipe came thereafter. BMP stands for something, but frankly, I'm not going to explain it. In short, it is a big Red ale fermented with a Belgian yeast. Hoppy, but balanced and tasty. Good now; just as good when it has aged for a while (although different than its younger counterpart).
