History: This beer was originally brewed for Dave's wedding to his wonderful wife Sarah in 2008. For all intents and purposes, this is the beer that started R&D. Our Belgian Tripel, brewed just a bit lighter in strength, then fortified with fresh blackberries during secondary. The result is a tart and fruity beer with a beautiful purple hue. Since then, we have brewed several times for the wedding celebrations of various friends. It never fails to impress. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
