Aztec Blackout

Style: Imperial Milk Stout
Malts: Pale Malt, Chocolate, Wheat, Midnight Wheat, Honey malt, Crystal 120, Roasted Barley
Hops: Columbus, East Kent Goldings
ABV %: 9

History: This one was designed to be a dessert beer for the winter.  Something you could pop open after dinner, curl up in a chair, and savor slowly.  Milk sugar (lactose) is added to provide sweetness to the finish.  The chocolate flavor comes from Oaxacan chocolate.  Kick back and enjoy one!
